The Regulatory Board overlooks the quantity of honey under The Label of Regulated Quality (D. O.) produced each year by the industry. |

The bottling of the honey produced under the Label of Regulated Quality (D. O.) Villuercas-Ibores is available only to those plants authorized by The Regulatory Board. The Apiculture Industry controls the harvesting, extraction and storage, sealing and numbering the containers, and the issuing of export permits. At the same time, the inspector takes samples that are then analyzed by a government laboratory and by accredited tasting boards. |

The results of these regulations and inspections constitute the base for the final accreditation of the product. The certified honey is guarantied by the Labels of Regulated Quality (D. O. Miel Villuercas-Ibores). And will be controlled during the bottling, distribution and final commercialization with further quality control to assure the client is receiving the original product. |
